It is not possible to upgrade directly from ArticleLive to Website Publisher 5. To do this, you must upgrade your current version of ArticleLive to Website Publisher 4.5, then import your content into Website Publisher 5.

  1. Contact support via your client area to obtain access to the Website Publisher 4.5 zip file.
  2. Follow the instructions contained in the zip inside /docs/upgrade.txt to upgrade your website to Website Publisher 4.5
  3. Download Website Publisher 5 from your client area and install it in a different folder but on the same server as Website Publisher 4.5
  4. Follow the Interspire Website Publisher Guide to Upgrading from 4.5 to 5.0 guide in order to import your content from Website Publisher 4.5 to version 5.
